Hi, I orderd Micromax Canvas A1 with Android One (Magnetic Black) which supposed to deliver by 15 oct. 2014 I am really disappointed with your service because waste reason you given to me that is Amazon Transportation Services Pvt Ltd., India has expressed inability to locate your address. Just find below points which prove how bad your service is.. 1} I have provided a proper address with landmark which I always given to my oher shipment and orders. even for amazon. Last time I have orderded book from amazon that time i had provided same address and there was no such issue. 2) If your transportation team not able to find my address then why they not called me ? what is the use of mobile number which we provide to contact if there is any issue ?

Last time I got a called before 1 hr. for address confirming, then whats wrong happen this time of your confirmation call ?? are you not give sufficient money to make call to your Transportation team ?? 4) my order is supposed to be deliver on 15 oct 2014 now today its 17 oct. then who is responsible for delay ?? I called customer care trice but issue is still unresolve they also give false commitment regarding dilevery. NEXT TIME I WILL THINK TEN TIMES BEFORE BUYING FROM AMAZON OR PREFER TO BUY FROM FLIPKART OR SNAPDEAL.
