Ambrane India Tab – Performance Review

I had purchased this phone from homeshop18.com on june 24, 2014 and received on june 27 2014.Recently i had discovered some problems with this tablet. 1. Its headphone is not working properly. When i press the key provided on headphone, the volume increases a bit but still very low. I dont think that the user should press the key provided on the headphone to listen song or for calling. When i want to install GPRS setting through the configuration setting message, a pop up message popped asking for pin. It is mentioned in the message sent by GPRS service provider that if it asks for PIN enter 1234. But it is not accepting it. I have also entered many other nos. but nothing works. This obstruct me using internet from SIM company providing internet facility. I had tried connecting USB key board (Ambrane Tablet Keyboard KB-7) to the tablet through OTG cable but didn’t get connected.

In setting options–> about Tablet–> when clicked on legal information, the content is not readable as it seems to be two pages displayed simultaneously.

There are some options too in which the above problem( 4) were seen. they had arranged for the pick up but when the person from FedEx came he denied to pick due the non availability of T2 form. I think that this requirement must be known to the company but they deliberately didn’t provide me T2 form and after that on calling to their costumercare no, as i got a bit irritated because of calling ( almost 17-18 times) them several time with no result, they said i had to call 20 times for service. I want compensation from the company. kindly provide me detail to file the case
