Respected Sir, My name is REJI.K.Y my contact number is i am working in Le Meridien Hotel Kochi and i am staying Kundannoor Maradu. I have taken a device which is for the internet connection wifi modem from MTS data card person name called by JUSTIN field executive from palarivattom MTS store his contact number is +919142416595.This device is a post paid connection took on 16/10/2014 when i took the device given all the details of mine id card and filled the form properly with my signature and he was given me a DAMAGED DEVICE by taking Rs.1000/- from me and it activated on 18/10/2014 as my regular complaints and when it activate from the day to 22/10/2014 the wifi modem was not working as the device which they have given me is the DAMAGED DEVICE and i went to their shop in palarivattom on 21/10/2014 morning 10.00 and sat there 2 hrs the person told me he will repair it and bring to my office and i was waited until 18.00 pm no response was from their side and after that i called them they said its was ready morning and again its problem then they told me today 22/10/2014 they will replace it and give me but when i called today they are saying today is holiday i lost my many days and my petrol and my money for this company people was cheating me and now i told them i don’t want this device and give me my money back they are not ready for that.
