I have purchased Samsung Galaxy Grand mobile from Mobile Store, Big Bazar, Emerald Building, PVS City Park, Mavoor Road, Calicut, Kerala on 27/04/2013. While I am purchasing Samsung galaxy Grand, Mobile Store salesman gave me a written bill, saying printer is having problem and hence, he cannot give printed bill. He also promised to give Extended Warranty of 1 year, offered by Mobile Store, after finishing original warranty of 1 year and deducted Rs. 418/- for this purpose. This is mentioned in the written bill and he also promised to give Extended Warranty receipt with printed invoice later. I have paid Rs. 21318/- (on net and purchased the mobile and got written bill. I have visited the Mobile Store more than 7 times, but I did not get extended warranty receipt. Last time I visited Mobile Store office at Land Ship Mall, Mavoor Road, Calicut on 12/10/2013, since the previous Mobile Store at Emerald Building was shut down permanently, the sales person informed me that I will not get extended warranty, as previous sales person did not complete extended warranty procedure. But they gave me printed bill with extended warranty ID: EXWAR1336103. The amount in this invoice was Rs. 20400/-. But recently I got printed bill Then I am noticed there is difference in amount 1st bill with INR 21318/- and 2nd bill INR 20400/-. One product different bill. I contacted their customer care 1860-2676767 and (Kerala) Area Manger Mr.Shine (Mob: 09946105344) several times. When I am contacting customer care they are always it’s on process or senior executives not available. Area Manger also saying the same and always giving fake promises. Kindly help me to get my extra deducted money back and extended warranty.
