Micromax – Repeat product failure & Poor service by staff

Dear Sir, I bought a new phone on 23rd April’13. I think there is serious problem with the handset manufacturing quality and today i found attitude issues of your service personnel’s. There is no single step taken towards cus-sat / customer delight. Today i visited (M/s.Cell Tech @ Montieth Rd., Egmore) for a touch pad wrinkle / glass correction works as there were small blisters emenating on the screen which got replaced on 9th Oct’13. I were shocked to be levied once again Rs.2,500/- for glass replacement for which i had recently paid Rs.3K. This time without giving any token, acknowledgement slip – I were asked to wait and glass was replaced. I were shocked, once they asked me for Rs.2.5K as I were not happy with the handset from day1 of my purchase w.r.t. service. All my pleads for upgraded / new model also went futile with you people. Since, I was only ready to pay Rs.500, the handset was taken back and was kept on to their cupboard. I got wild and asked them to return atleast my sim, memory card & mobile cover. I was shown the door and i had walked out silently. If i am treated with such poor service, I am not able to imagine the kind of services that you will render for an ordinary man!… Now, i am bent up on that i cannot pay any single naiya paise, but need my handset back at my doorstep, as I am not comfortable to visit your service centre. Who will pay for police each time @ car park? Trust the company takes this consumer complaint serious and does some thing to improve the customer satisfaction. Kindly come back at the earliest on the action taken for these sort of attitude related issues. Thanking you. Regards, C.S.Vel. 1. I need my phone back safely at no extra cost immediately in the next 6 – 8 hours as I am without handset now. 2. Sine the company has not given any acknowledgement for this 3rd time service visit of mine but had retained the handset with them, as a punishment, they should do door delivery of my handset immediately. 3. As A-116 or this handset fails recurrently, I would expect the company to earnestly upgrade it to a higher version at no or at a marginal extra cost.
