My self Pravin Meherkar and my customer Id with Big bazar is 8000045333 I have ordered modular kitchen by order no 2036015580 It’s cost with instolation isRs.70369 My complaint is that hometown doesn’t completed my kitchen in about one year. The persons came for instolation they set only boxes of kitchen and doesn’t lay granite sheet over it.When I contacted hometown they told me to instole granite sheet and they will pay me the amount also instolation of my chimni is not done by hometown and when I contacted about that the answer is same that you do it and hometown will pay the charges.I have completed my kitchen with the help of local workers about four months before but yet my charges of granite sheet and instolation of my chimni and granite are not paid by hometown. I have filed complaints to their customer care. My complaint no.are 005004975 & 005005010 but yet no progress.

I spend about Rs.8000 for granite sheet and Rs.2000 for it’s instolation and Rs.500 for instolation of chimni.also as hometown delay their work I couldn’t start living in my home about three months.this costs a lot.

want all my expences Rs.10500 and house rent of three months Rs.6000.
