I purchased A Villa in Montage estate in Sep 2009 an d paid the first down payment and the developer give me contract promised to give possession after 2 years of first down payment. installment the payment was done regularly in installment and I have only held the last installment as there was no progress in the construction , the Villa is not yet complete and he is demanding full payment and e-mail me to take possession, I have photographic evidence of uncompleted villa, i am want you to take legal action on him

He has robbed me by demanding payment and not building my Villa threatening me to levy penalty and send me letter from high court in Mumbai and when I have request him to send me construction update he refused and asked me to take possession without giving me possession letter

I have no trust in him I want refund with interst and i want compensation for mental torture and he gave me for Rs 5,00,000 and disturbed my professional activity by sending me e-mail and promising me that the villa is complete with infrastructure,i will scan and e-mail you all documents as i am unable to upload any documents
