Below are the events which took place. I submitted my Tax return to a representative from taxsmile on 15/07/2014. Receipt no : – 240083 I had given him my Form 16 Along with the supporting on FD interest and capital gain statement. The representative said that he was not aware of the procedure but my information will be submitted soon. He ensured this to me. However, after much deliberation I had to follow up again with the concerned representative ( Muzzafar) and he told me not to contact him since it’s not his job to bother about filing, Post collection what happens he is not bothered. After that I tried the call center with no success. Post this, I had to write the below mail. After this I received the information that my filing has been submitted and when I tried to cross verify I found that none of the supporting such as interest rate and Capital gain were taken into consideration. Not only this the name of my father had a numeric character which was a complete lack of attention. I had to again raise the issue, again with limited success. Yesterday being the last filing day I again raised the issue. Soumen and Santosh (copied in the mail) asked me for my contact no and login password( which I had to change from default since it was shared openly with all my team members and anyone could see my details) . I spoke to Soumen ( contact no : 022- 40391947) more than 3 times, and he gave me verbal assurance to trust him and he also guaranteed that this will be resolved within couple of hours and asked me not to worry. I last spoke to him around 4 yesterday and he told me that the person who is assigned this task does not know how to file capital gain .This made me realize that if I trusted them I will not be able to complete my filing within due date. I then had to take an emergency option and file my revised return myself and pay extra money for last minute rush. This caused me lot of harm and has considerable harassment. My work was also hampered because of this.

1. Pay back my INR 113 which i had given to them at the time of form 16 submission 2. Monetary compensation of 50000 3. If possible, look into the type of people they hire who are not even aware of the system.
