I purchased Morphy Richards Induction Cooktop Chef Express-400 dated on 06/03/2014 in Harsha Showroom in Shimogga(Karnataka). Bill No:2CY08857 It stops working on 25/05/2014. After i registered first complaint to customer care on 12/06/2014.(no:4883713). One of the customer Representative come to my house and check the Cook top and told its PCB board gone,it have to replace. After i contacted him,no reply from his side. I registers more number of complaints through customer care. complaints number:4941229,5023714 but there is no reply from that side.

During these one month i used Coil stove,due to this my Power Bill Cross the average limit. The customer call centre is not toll-free. We are not able to cook food in time,tats why we used to eat in hotel. We are purchased it for our comfort,but it increase our problems. I requested to get back my money which is paid to Cook top with my Increased Power Bill,Call Charges and Food bills.
