Moto G mobile delay in repair no proper service

Dear Sir, I am having a concern with my Moto G which is that the earpiece is not clear sometimes. My name is Manu and I am from Cochin, Kerala. The phone was bought on 27-02-2014 from Flipkart.com. IMEI: 355004059793235 For solving the problem I took my phone to Motorola Service Center (ADR Technologies) in Cochin on 02-10-2014. Job number: EOS/MG/14/00543 At that time the lady at the reception told me that I don’t have to submit the phone. We will order the earpiece spare part and will inform me when the item is ready. I asked them how much time will it take for doing the repair. She said they will get the spare within a week and will inform me and if you come, I will get the phone within 1 hour if I wait. I said Ok and waited for their call. One week later I called them and they told me that the spare hasn’t arrived. Next week I again called them and they said one piece came and they put it to another customer. I was shocked and asked them why. They told me that I have to submit my phone and wait for at least a day to get it repaired. I told them that I can’t keep my phone for one day. So asked them to fox an appointment and I will wait so that they can do the repair and return my phone. They said they don’t give appointments and told me that they will inform me when the next spare arrives and asked me to call and come after 5 so that they will do the repair. So I waited one more week and no call came. So I again called them after one more week and they told me that they put that too in another phone. I was shocked and asked him why and he told me that only if I submit the phone for one day I will get it repaired. I said I can’t do that asked him for an appointment. He simply denied that. I wanted to know why. He said it is not possible. I don’t understand why I have to submit my phone for a day for a jib which can be completed in less than 30 minutes. I told him that I will contact Motorola. He said me to do whatever I can. He is a busy man and he don’t have time to talk to me. I mailed the issue to Motorola service support (motoinfo_in@mailwc.custhelp.com) on 31-10-2014. After that I called the customer care center twice and they are saying that my concern is escalated and they don’t know any further updates. On November 13, I got a call from Motorola customer support stating that my phone has been repaired and I can collect it from the service center. I haven’t got any call or mail from them stating that the spare is ready or they have fixed an appointment for me. After calling them 2, 3 times on the toll free number I got connected to the service department and they told me to submit the handset and they will get it repaired. Today I went to submit my phone at the service center. The personal over there told me that they can deliver the handset only tomorrow evening. I told them that I want my handset back by today evening. They told me they have a lot of works pending. I told them to make a call when that works are done so th

I want my phone to be repaired at the earliest without keeping it at the service centre for a day or two.
