I have a moto x play device, suddenly after 3 some days months its stop charging . then i contact the service center at raipur ,for repair.I will put it on 27 febuwary 2016 but they cant able to repair this until today 13 april 2016. I called them many times but they dont give any fixed date ,i’m very dissatisfied with them due to this behavior. i’m feeling like that “i’m lost my mobile and service center got it on the road , so they r don’t giveing it to me “. And your care have also no perfect information about that .There must be a limit of waiting ,” r u all are checking my Patience “.So there is any possibility please issue my a new moto x play ,becoz i dont think your service senters are able to repair that .
