Motorola Mobile – Defective Product Not Repaired

Hello Team, My Motorola phone as described below is faulty and all the time service center are doing factory reset and giving me it back. Issues of the mobile are like ringer issue, speaker issue, board issue, etc. Since last 3 months I am giving it to service center (total 5 WO numbers) but there is no positive response. Everytime they are deleting everything from my phone including my important contact numbers as well. Nobody is even interested to response at all including said regional head Ashish Patil and Rajesh is also not looking into the matter. I am trying to call Ashish since last 4 days but either he is disconnecting or not receiving. Every time all are saying part is in transit. Do you think this is a way to deal with customer? I am finding that they people are trying to pass the time till warranty expire. I want replacement of my phone with new one or refund as I purchased it in July and since last 3 months my phone is visiting service center every another day.
