Motorola Mobile Phone Not Repaired Under Warranty

Motorola Mobile – MOTO G 2nd(Gen) XT1068-Black, purchased on 27-10-2014, had issues with the TouchScreen byJanuary 2016. The mobile is under warranty, and I submitted the mobile for servicing to Sri Sai Cells (Authorized by Motorola), Indiranagar 2nd Stage, Bangalore on 27-January-2016 for servicing. The service center promised me to deliver the rectified mobile with-in 7 working days. After 7 working I visited the service center and they informed that they haven’t received the part from Motorola and ask me to wait for another 5 days. Since After 5 days I visited the service center again, and the reply was the same, due to which I contacted Motorola Customer Care 1800-102-2344, as per them the issue is already rectified and the mobile is ready for delivery. due to which I visited the service center 2nd time, but Service center repeated the same story, and I contacted Motorola Helpline from there and made them to speak to the person at service center. After which Motorola Helpline assured me teh delivery of teh mobile on 1-March-2016. On 1st March 2016, I contacted the service center, teh told it will only be ready by 5-March-2016. On 5-March-2016, I received a call from Motorola Helpline informing me taht Mobile is ready and I can go and collect. Due to which I visited the service center on 07-March-2016. But I am received the same replay that the part is not yet received. From the shop I contacted Motorola Helpline and made them to speak with Service Ceneter person, after which Motorola Helpline is asking me to wait another 10 working days, but still they are not confirming that mobile will be ready by that time. Each time Motorola helpline is not even aware about the status and giving me false information that mobile serviced and ready for delivery.

From office I had to go to the service center 3 times ( Auto charges 45* 6 = 270. Due to the long delay I had to purchase another phone work around 1000.00. Also need to make daily calls to Motorola Helpline and Service Center to get an update.
