Motorola Mobile Repairs – Customer Service

Dear Team Screen for my Motorola mobile phone broke and i took it to service center on 29 12 2015. I was told that the screen was not available and it will take 3 to 4 weeks to get the screen. We were asked to deposit Rs3000 if we wanted to get the phone repaired. We submitted the phone along with Rs3000 on 29 12 2015 Since then we have been following up but keep getting weird replies It has been more than 2 months now Every time we call the service center they move the delivery date by another week or 10 days Completely unprofessional in their approach We have been frustrated and harassed beyond limit. We have been deprived of our phone for last 2 months I cannot buy another mobile just because one is under repair And the harassment that we are facing in following up with the service center with no expected date of delivery Advance payment of Rs3000 has already been made My mobile is anyway with the service center then why should i pay Rs3000 in advance for part which takes 2 months to be procured

I want My mobile to be repaired and delivered to me at the earliest Should i really be paying for a service that took 2 months. still not delivered the next date given by service center is 10th March Compensation for the harassment that i have gone through
