Motorola – Phone Repair No Proper Service – Review

I bought moto g phone on 17/2/2014 From 2/6/2014 my phone is with the service centre as the phone was not getting on. The service centre said the problem is in battery and it needed to get replaced and it will take 8-10 days. Today 24 days have passed but I have not got my phone back and the service centre or the company is not giving any responsible reply as to when I will get my phone back

I want the repaired or replaced phone back in reasonable time and some compensation from the company for this late and irresponsible after sale service.
