Motorola – Poor Quality Product No Service

I purchased motorola android phone, model: RAZR XT910 on 03-aug-2012 from the Kottayam (Kerala) branch of M/s UNIVERCELL. The IMEI no of the handset is 35898904050268. Invoice No P.K.KM/2221. After four and a half months of usage, on 20-dec-2012, the handset got switched-off by itself, and was not getting powered-on. I gave my handset stating the above complaint, to motorola authorized service centre M/s ADR Technologies, Cochin on 21-dec-2012.The service centre accepted my handset “under warranty” period. Let me inform you that, I have not received my handset back till-date, despite my continuous follow-ups with the service centre and motorola customer-care executives . From my followups with the service centre, it seems that they have lost track of my phone and none of them are in a position to give me the exact status of the device. Since Janurary 2012 to till date, every time I call the service centre/customer-care, they use to give me incorrect reply and fake promises.

Replacement of my phone, or appropriate compensation
