I have order online and made payment made for the bouquet delivery to my friend on its opening of new office . when i called their representative first they dint respond after so many calls they pick up phone to deliver goods by 3 pm then by 4 then by 5 and so on . ultimately they don’t deliver the goods and at day end between 8 to 9 pm i have made more then 150 calls from different number but they are not picking up phone and when picked after picking it they are cutting phone and it seems that they blocked my number . they are harassing me for the whole day and doesn’t delivered the goods . I called up my friend and they acknowledge that non receipt of gift . my whole day wasted because of which i lost my time money and burn my head through out day , such organization should be banned in the country so that they doesn’t mischief the customers . I requested you to take immediate action against such organizations .

They must compensate me for such harassment’s and must apologies me and refund my payment they have received and this organisations should be banned so that other consumer should not waste their time money and doesn’t mislead by this type of organizations .
