thi complaint is in regards to my mobile phone motorola moto g which i purchased three-four months ago from flipkart.com, but just after a month of use i accidently broke my screen. since i knew it is not covered in warranty , so i called up the service center and asked them about the repair charges they informed me about the charges and i said ok , but they told me that it would be available after a weeks time. i said ok. but when i called again after a week , i got the same response. so this happened over for a month. so finally i started to loose my patience. called the moto care and wanted to talk to a supervisor he gave me the number for nodal head , so i called the nodal head. he apologised and gave me the assurance that i would get the screen. so i trusted him and waited . i called up the noida service centre they told me that i would have to submit my phone for 10 days just for a screen replacement . i denied and called the nodal head again. he said he will get back to me. which he never. now i called moto care again and they gave me a new number and its not reachable
