M/s jagganath Refrigeration is a dealer of a/c’s in the district ofrayagada. Initially at the growth stage they used to service well, but recently they have come up with fraud cases. They loot the customers in the name of service, which they actually don’t do and dont respond to in need customers at the right time. they have been involved in such fraud service for the past 3 years and are still continuing the same. they have been also very arrogant while providing service to the end users.

ill health of the customers and also discomfort during peak seasons. also economically they charge more than the market price and also skip on minor service issues which later on become major areas of concern.

i want them to improve their service and make it a rapid one, and also want them to promise a quality service for all the appliances that they deal in. and also want them to have a professional approach towards the customers, rather than having a unprofessional one that they presently posses.
