Tata Docomo has changed my Wife’s plan without intimation and the current plan is not conducive to the usage pattern of my wife . Hence I have requested the organisation to refund the device value as she wants to change the service provider with suitable options of plan. After repeated request on mail the organisation has refused to refund the cost of the device which my wife will return to Tata Docomo while cancelling the service.
If Tata Docomo does not return the cost of the connection /device post surrender of device while withdrawing the service ,my wife will face the financial burden of purchasing new connection for a situation which is induced upon her by Tata Docomo
I am hereby requesting Tata Docomo/Tata Teleservices Limited to refund the money which my wife has spent to purchase the connection !
