On my electricity bill, MSEB put wrong sir name. As my sir name is “Najan” but they put “Bajaj”. This silly mistake of MSEB get suffer to me and my all family member, so I raised online complaint in on 6th December 2014. Complaint number is 1722475. I am taking followup from December to till the date.But nobody responding and resolving my problem. Even though I visited local MSEB office, Purna. These guys also neglecting my issue. Request to you please help me out as soon as possible. Waiting for your positive response.

While applying any Identity card or any government facility Electricity bill require. But wrong sir name get us in trouble, So I and my family not able to took government facility directly. To providing address proof its not valid. Last time I got in trouble while giving proof certificates to PASSPORT office. They noticed that our sir name is wrong in electricity bill. Finally its type of economic Consequences.
