I have purchased ZTE new handset , same is not working properly thrice i chased service centre for same they just do some, and 2-3 dates same story , while on last they are not ready to change and insulted me a lot, that it cant be done , i was feeling that what a crime i have done by purchasing this product.

From last 2 months i have been chasing to replace the handset , marked several mails , but no response at companies end, handset should be replaced with new one.
