I have sent a courier containing recruitment application form and demand draft(dd. No. 624732 and dated 29.01.2015) on 29th January 2015 at 2:00 pm using DTDC courier service shop(shop name: New world, City centre, Durgapur,West Bengal) under Metro prime time plus-12 service which is to be delivered on 30th January 2015 within 5 pm(Destination:CSIR Hqrs, Rafi Marg, Anusandhan bhawan,New Delhi-110001) and charged from me amount of rs. 310/-.Before giving this courier to shopkeeper(DTDC person) I strictly told that it’s a urgent courier and it is to be reached within 3oth at 5 pm(Destination:CSIR Hqrs, Rafi Marg, Anusandhan bhawan,New Delhi-110001) as my application form last date is also on 30th January.But the DTDC person in the shop assured me that they are having Metro prime time plus-12 service in which courier is to be delivered within 30th january at 5 pm. On believing there services I handover my courier to DTDC shop (i.e on 29 th January at 2:00 pm).On 30th January 2015 when I tracked my shipment details over the internet , it shows that my courier is still in transit at 5:00 pm but the DTDC person in the outlet claimed that my courier was delivered on 30th January 2015 itself but due to internet problems they could not update it online.

But again on 31st January 2015 at 2:30 pm in internet When i track my courier details it shows that the courier was still in transit.on 3oth january at 5:30 pm I told the DTDC person in shop to return my courier and refund my money as my courier not delivered within said time and date.But again on 31st January 2015 the DTDC person told me that due to internet problems they couldn’t update it online.After that I told to DTDC (shop person)to return my courier and refund my money,they are not behaving with me properly and told to me to contact head office as they are not responsible for late delivery of courier. But when I checked on 2nd February 2015 on internet it shows courier was dispatched for delivery on Monday 2nd February 2015 at 11:49 am from DTDC facility Jhandewalan branch, Delhi as given in the tracking results.When I mailed to DTDC head office Bangalore on 6th February 2015 they replied me on 20th February 2015 saying they forwaded my mail to there concerned officials and when I ask them when my problem is solved they told that the concerned person is on leave and they also told me its not possible to refund my money as well as my material.

I want refund of money of my courier Which is RS 310/-and a strong action should to be taken against that Shop(New world DTDC courier,city centre,Durgapur,West Bengal-713216)
