I have already recharged with rs 247 for 3gb internet pack, when I inserted my sim card in other mobile some free pack has activated without initial intimation, and overwrite my previous pack,which is better than newly activated pack. When I call to customer care services, not any satisfactory answer received from them…

This kind of things was also happens before. Now there is only issue Rs 247. But most of people has to face same problem.

I want my previous pack activated, instead of new one, with full monthly spell..
