Dear Sir,
I have made number of complaints for MTNL broadband at 1504 number and even written emails to mtnl at helpdesk.delhi [at] bol.net.in but still recevied no responce for the low speed.
As I have opted for the 512Kbps connection from MTNL but I am getting less than 256 Kbps on my PC I have told mtnl people about this they told me that MTNL do not provide speed better than this even you have opted for any speed.
Kindly look into matter.

Sir, My telephone No. is 27304108. For the last two months my broad band connections is working rather erratically. This may be checked from my logging details. Please do some thing for me to continue availing of this service.
