Hi ! I have been trying to place a request with MTNL in order to have my postpaid connection bills be sent on my mail ID since i had not been receiving physical bills for quite a few months. However i have made multiple calls at MTNL customer care centre. But nobody is aware of the process. Every time i call up i am made to hold for long durations and thereafter whatever suggestions are provided are useless and does not work.
Since i am not receiving the Physical copies of the bills and neither does MTNL customer care know, how to get a subscriber registered for E bill facility. I had to personally go to Sanchar Haat and request for dunplicate copy of the Bills. Now even the Sanchaar Haat representatives have refused to provide duplicate copies of Bills. As a result i don’t know what is my Bill amount which may lead to delayed payments being levied on me. More so it has been a source of harassment that a subscriber wants to pay his bills on timely basis but the MTNL system is not willing to support on the same.
