I am a MTNL consumer using the MTNL Land-line as well as the MTNL Internet, my telephone Number is 28914085. I am not able to use my land line sometimes as there is too much disturbance and i cannot hear anything, the main person using this landline is my grandmother. I am also facing lots of frequent internet disconnection, the net works for some time and it majority of the time it is not working. I have to complain to the MTNL call center every day, on inquiring with the technical expert of MTNL of my area he said that the line of my building is not good and hence you will continue to face this problem. when I went to the MTNL Office at Borivli they are not will to come and solve my grievance. I every day complain to MTNL about the same by my complain no gets disable the very next day.

I just want that all the errors, in the my phone service that is the disturbance and i just want my Internet to work properly. and if required also change the line of my building so that all in my building can benefit will good call and internet service from MTNL. I also pray for compensation for the deficiency in service.
