I made an order on 11 November 2014 of prestige aluminium cooker. On advertisement mrp was 1750 and Selling price 1225 so I placed an order. And reduced in 3-4 days . When I saw at the mrp on the product I received was 1475. And product was very old made in 2012. I place an replacement request. On the next day courier person takes the product from my doorstep. Then I called Snapdeal for correct order having mrp 1750 but they consumes lots of week and then they cancel the order . I have send more than 10-20 mails but always poor reply only excuses. Then yesterday i.e 14 December I received money in SD CASH not in hand. I have already send the bank details many times that kindly send the money into my account but still they don’t listen to me.I have enclosed the pic also. I am very frustrated right now. They are harassing me.
