I would like to inform that I am using MTNL broadband and land line no. 011-26644xxx since last 3 years but since last 7 months my Internet and Land line is not working and I am regularly complaining for the same and even I have visited many times to MTNL Mehrauli Branch but no action is taken by them. And I am receiving the bills every month but usage is zero. After 6 Months, I got one call from MTNL Delhi, they requested me to pay for 2 bills and they are promising that they will make the other pending bill null and void. But only verbally not committed anything written. But I really did not understand that they are not serious to solve my problem, I said that I am not using the service since last 6 months then why I will have to pay. I am complaining regularly but no action is done from their end. I have sent many emails also to their senior level but no action. I sent one letter through speed post in which I told them that I am ready to pay according to my usage only but they returned the letter to my residence address. . Therefore I hereby request you to kindly look into the matter, Please do something as I am suffering a lot because of their unsupported behaviour. Please do the needful and confirm me at my Mob. I want my MTNL Landline and broadband should work and they should make all bills null and void or as per the usage.
