There are 12 connections of MTNL in our area and none of them is working from past two months. The wires that are connecting our area has been stolen and now when i talked 2 their senior officials (Mr.AK Rajput and Mr. Pawa at MTNL exchange Okhla) they keep saying that “tumhare area me to wire chori ho jati h baar baar and so ur r not getting the service” So on this i told them “ki sir agr aisa h to aap humare paise jo humne invest kiye the connection lene me wo wapis dilwa dijiye aur humare area me service mat provide karwie nd we will search some other service provider who provides wireless broadband service” on this they say “govt organisation me aisa nhi hota” so i told them “aap wire connect karwaie fir” on which they keep saying ki ” judwa denge”………nd from past one month the wire has not been connected yet.I also paid the last month bill of which i did not get even a single day of service. Many times i have been visiting mtnl exchange office, okhla, new delhi and they keep keep saying the work is in progress. i have been hearing this from past two months. Nd not ony me other 11 connections are also facing the same problem. So i kindly request you to please either get our money refunded or get my area wires connected. please! My MTNL Telephone no. is 26342707 and my nearest telephone exchange office is in Okhla

I want all the money that i have invested to buy this connection plus the bills that i have paid for the period in which i had no internet connection.
