Respectd Sir/Madam, I am having Idea postaid connection since june-2012.and I have a very good experience with Idea.my postaid billing date is 23.09.13 to 22.10.2013 my monthly bill of idea comes around Rs.600 or maximum 1200/- But in the month of Oct-2013 on dt:10.10.2013 when i checked my mobile balance,i surprised to see that my balance reached Rs.470 on 09.10.2013.then I did SMS of No portability and on 13.10.2013 i recd a call from Idea cellular company executive i told him my problem and he changed my plan (175+98 net plan who give me 2GB net data) to 249 and assured me that my bill will be corrected .but when my bill generate,it reached Rs.8814/-.Then i talked to customer care for the same,they said that you have used net suffering beyond your limit.but i have all that sms who proff that i have 2GB net plan.which is consummed 85% only .but they dont understant. you are requested to pls help me.as i am very worried to see very high bill amount. regards manoj kumar
