Dear Sir We had got MTNL Triband broadband installed on our phone no 011-27040589. But even after 100 times complaining online and on phone no action is taken . Broadband is not working for past 1 month Please help

I demand that they Immediately start broadband and No charges shall be levied on broadband for last 1 month as it did not work.
