StanChart Credit Card – Unknown Charges & Harrasment

Sir, It is really shocking to know how much higher authorities of Standard Chartered Bank pay attention to their customers and the way they sort out their problems. I think people are not able to understand what I want to say, no one has read and understood what I had written in my first two mails to card.services@sc.com. That’s why I have been getting stupid and vague answering mails and too late. When I got e-statement for April 2013, I was surprised to see that I had to pay Rs 102.15 and I had not made any transaction in that month. I called upon customer care officer immediately and inquired , but that person did not know anything. According to him, it was some previous balance which was not paid (might be 1 year ago or more). I always pay the full amount or more in time, so how this amount was left. But that officer told me there was an credit balance of Rs 61.80 in card ending in 2676 and that amount will be adjusted and I have to pay (102.15-61.80) i.e. Rs 40.35. I did not want to argue for such small amount, I also got SMS to pay Rs 40.35 and I paid Rs 41 on time without asking explanation. But in next month, I was asked to pay Rs 61.80 plus late payment charges. I paid Rs 41 as asked by customer care officer much before due date. So I called customer care officers again but those dumb people were unable to answer and suggested me to mail to card.services@sc.com. Let me know why I had to pay RS 102.15 when I have not made any transaction. And now why I have to pay late fee when I paid each everything on time last time. And those people humiliate and harass me by sending SMS to pay the amount which I don’t even owe to them. Please ask authorities to provide me proper statement explanation for Rs 102.15 now.

I demand either proper statement or explanation for the money they are asking for. Let me know why I had to pay RS 102.15 when I have not made any transaction. And now why I have to pay late fee when I paid each everything on time last time. If they can not explain, then they have to reverse back the amount which they have wrongly charged from me.
