I have purchased a wifi dongle of mts for rs 1500 and executives told me to provide a speed upto 9.8 mbps, but from the first day of purchasing that dongle I even did not get a speed of even 1 mbps. I have launched many complaints regarding this but they are not responding properly and saying ruthlessly that my complaint cant be processed and after listening to this when i asked them to refund my payment they are saying we will not refund any payment.i even contacted ms.nalini kanakam (delhi head for mts) through mail but she also did not respond me. Several times i made a complaint but no satisfied solution from their side.so please help me in this regard as soon as possible because it makes me irritated every day and BP level also rises.

It wasted a lot of time of mine and without even using the resource i m bound to pay a monthly rental of Rs 1100 every month. Without internet i cannot even study properly and it adversely affects my performance during exams.

I demand either full connectivity upto 9.8 mbps as they said they cannot provide or refund of my dongle payment+my bill payment of 2 months.
