I was cheated by MTS datacard agents. The customer care neither refunds me money nor it reduces the bill amount. I am vexed with their behavior. They told me it is a Postpaid plan with ZERO RENTAL plan in which I need to pay only max of Rs.25 per month (for service charges). Now I got a bill which states minimum monthly rental is Rs.200 + taxes. Since I was cheated, I asked them to take back their device and refund the Rs.800 (device cost) amount to me or reduce the last month bill amount. They reject both of them.
If I have to use their datacard, I should pay minimum of Rs.200 + taxes (almost Rs.300), for which I’m not ready to pay because I use the device very rarely.
I want MTS to take back their device and refund me the Rs.800 and reduce the last month’s bill. This is because I am a victim of their cheating agents and the misleading marketing gimmick by MTS.
