My MTS MBlaze device (8459612155) got faulty within 1 month of usage.From last 1 week i keep on calling MTS care and they gave me the address and phone no for their service centers. The contact numbers are either switched off and most are wrong numbers. I visited many service centers also, but in most of the cases the address was wrong, no MTS service center and sometimes they dint provide service for MTS. I almost got tired and irritated with their service and feedback. I want my complaint to be escalated but they said their TL Mr. ranjit singh is busy on some other call so he cant talk. Wastage of time and money that i spent while searching for their service center and i dint find anyone there. I want my device to be replaced as soon as possible.
