I was using MTS MBLAZE ULTRA from May month and my account no is 9150261266. Their service is not good at all. I was getting just 0.3 to 0.4 mbps speed during nigh time and 0.9 to 1 mbps druig morning till afternoon and again the speed will go back to square one. I raised this issue as complaint during June month and no one took care or bothered to call me and check. after a month i got about 4 calls from MTS rep and they are one hell dumbos in this world i have ever seen. every time when the call they will ask me whether they can send technician to my home to check the dongle and internet speed but to be very frank none came to my home at all. Later i gave disconnection request because of poor service however even for disconnecting the service they took more than 10 days and none gave any call to convince as well i was really shocked to see these kind of worst customer service. My ultimate request is i bought this service because MTS is promising 9.8 MBPS speed however i am not even getting 10% of its speed. So i need my installation money back which is 1299 and the July month bill to be waved off as MTS didnt give proper service. When ever you call MTS they disconnect the line and put customer on long hold all these very usual with them. i kindly request you guys take action againts them and show them what is the power of consumer.
