Dear sir/ madame, My name is Ravikumar Kashi, I’m from Bangalore. I had ordered for Paint zoom platinum online from http://paintzoomindia.com/ . I got the delivery on 11th July, Serial no on bill 554. Billing date 9/6/2014. I paid an amount of Rs. 3298 cash on delivery. The bill has the name and the address on the bill is of Tele Shopping Product, 460, Regional towers, Andheri (East),Mumbai – 400069 After receiving the product I tested the same with water. As soon as I start the machine, the container which is supposed to hold the paint jumps off and only air comes out of the nozzle. The part which has to hold paint doesn’t fit properly. Immediately I called no 09781586xxx, mentioned in the website. I was asked to send a message, I did that as well. There was no response. I kept calling. After several days when somebody from the same no asked me to email a complaint to healthbizz@live.com. I did that as well on June 25 2014. With a follow up reminder on July 1. there was no response. Since then I must have called at least 20 times. each time somebody else picks up the call or I get vague answers. Manager / supervisor refuses to come on line to talk to me. I’m extremely disappointed that the product is defective. I request that the defective piece be replaced with a fresh piece in good working condition or my money returned with interest immediately.
