After approving my mts mblaze internet disconnection on 1/7/2014, they sent me a bill (full n final as they stated) on 16th july of rs 464 which i paid. on 16th august they sent be another bill, on complaining, they said that i have requested reactivation on 10th july and hence the bill. this is incorrect, they called me and said i have no data usage after 1/7/2014. but now they are not correcting their mistake.
mental discomfort for last 2 months for me and my family.
just disconnect and return my MTS dongle price and pay compensation for the discomfort.
