My MTS data card number is 9136719xxx and it is registered with the name of Dheeraj Sherawat. On 20th April I have done a transaction of Rs 499 from mts website. As per the voucher I was to get 5 GB data instantly and additional 1.5 GB within 7 days. When I checked my account I found that I have got that additional 1.5 GB as another balance. However I am not able to use this 1.5 GBb data. All my data is being deducted from 5 GB data balance. When I made a contact with them about this problem they told me that I have to finish my 5GB balance first than only 1.5GB balance would start. But it was neither mentioned in the conditions of the recharge nor in the terms and conditions given on their website.
