I am using a reliance gsm prepaid number and my number is 7569999xxx. The outgoing of sms are barred for my number. I have made complaints several times to the customer care but they are just saying that the problem will be rectified within two days but after 5 days of the complaint I am facing same problem and there is no one to help me.

While we pay for their service but they think like they are giving us free services. Because of this problem I suffered a lot.
