Spice Jet – Transaction failed amount deducted

I tried to book a ticket Spice Jet on the 1st of March and their transaction failed, but my amount was deducted from my bank account. From that day to today, 2nd of May, all I have done is call them, email them but they still haven’t provided me with my refund. Every time i either get an automated response or i get an email asking for some information. I have literally provided them all the information along with the bank statement. I even emailed the nodal officer but it was of no use.

I have rs. 6735 stuck because they won’t give my refund. It was my hard earned salary. I am mentally stressed and I almost cried on the phone every time i speak to their customer representatives. I am harassed mentally and financially here. I need that money for my daily use.
