Company has activated a VAS on my mobile and no information of the was made available to me. Deduction was done twice and none of the time no information was given to me. And when I called them to check for the reason of Balance deduction on my phone, they said a VAS service is active on your phone. I explained them everything, but as per them they cannot refund the amount. If I would have reached to them with 24 hours only they could have refunded the amount and are very sorry for that.

I have not lost much amount its Rs.60 only, but concern is as to how many people they befool on daily basis, to snatch there hard earned money and most of us even don’t get to know anything. As they don’t provide any information to customer

I want strict action to be taken against such companies and compensation against the time and resources they have wasted of others.
