Sir, I have purchase a data card from Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited in brand name of MTS. I stop the use of this data card since 25/05/2014. The company have generated a bill of Rs. 1543/- via bill No.DLHIND0614016160101643. Due to unavailability of funds I can’t paid bill on time. I regret the company for this. Company give me option to pay Rs. 1200/- upto 30/06/2014. By adopting that option I paid bill an amount of RS 1200 on 30/06/2014 via transaction ID 140947402. After that payment a call from the executive of this company recd by me who ask me to continue or discontinue the service. I tell him to discontinue the service but he ignore my plea. After 25/05/2014 I never use the service. But the company continuously raising me the bill and raising the demand again and again. I told them to stop the service but they did not. Now they threaten me again and again to take penal proceedings against me. They generate a bill for Rs.1316/- via bill no DLHIND1014016950100112 dated 1/10/2014. They mentally torture me by making several calls. I request you to please help me on this issue.

I requested you to please quash their demand of Rs. 1316/-. I also requested you to please ensure the reimbursement of expenses which may be incurred by me on legal action with the reimbursement of wastage of my valuable time.
