MTS Service Not Activated – Arrogant Customer Service

Sir, I am working in alliance infoways, trivandrum. Alliance infoways started new Yellow Pages trivandrum edition 2015-16 for helping cancer patients. I am mange trivandrum operation. for that I purchase a sim for customer care from MTS Mobile(SS covil road, thampanoor, trivandrum. Executive name Sarika) We are printed brochure 10000 nos first time. in this brochure we mentioned this no. She say that it will be activate maximum 48 hrs. But still this time not activated. Public and customers calling for information, the phone is dead. I loss my brochures and our reputations. We lost our goodwill . I am time to time calling their but no responsibility from MTS. Sir what can i do? that Sim No is 9142328346
