I have purchased a sony xperia c3dual mobile on 01/11/2014 at Anmol watches &electronics at , sector 22B Chandigarh , the billing amount is rupees 22990 but actual price shown in all online stores and also authorized dealer ranging between 1880 to maximum 19600 inr . Now i want to register a complaint that why the dealers has over charged for this mobile. And also tell me how to follow further

Fair trial should be conducted ,and also let me know that how to go further because its a harassment for a costumer,i am attaching u the bill .
