MTS – Speed issue no proper update worst service

MTS Data card NO : 8925998xxx This is to inform you that i am facing speed issue in my area from august 2014 for this i have raised compliant in aug (aug/2465) and no proper solution has been provided and my compliant got closed with out solution and intimation. Again i raised a compliant in november for the same speed issue, this time your team acted slowly and provided update like due to tower issue and more numbre of users i am getting the speed issue same will be resolved in 1month of time and work in progress, a person called me and explained about the tower issue and i have added my points and told him to inform the same to back end team.Again without proper intimation i got message like issue has been resolved we are closing your compliant. Compliant raised till today: 4399084 refund request for data card if speed issue is not resolved aug /2465 – speed issue (closed) nov/4042 – speed issue (closed) nov/7412 – speed issue (raised compliant today for same speed issue in high priority 1) 4399084 refund request for data card, if speed issue is not resolved. If you are (MTS) unable to solve the issue ie while selling the data card as promised, speed will be more than 5 mbps., take your card and refund the amount for data card. since i have paid all my bills in proper time. If you can solve the issue i would like to continue your service. i got 2 mbps in my house while i purchased the data card. but now 0.30 mbps. i need the escalation matrix and details of person who is in the next level to resolve this or close this case as soon as possible. praveen mob : 9629428xxx

I need proper signal as promised while sold the data card. ie more than 5mbps or refund the amount i have paid for data card. Note : all the bill amount every month paid by me in time.
