Samsung Mobile – Defective product no proper response

I have purchased new phone on 22 october,2014.I realised some defect of over heating, restarting and hanging of my phone on the third day.I went to samsung care and deposited my phone on 25 october,2014.They told me that this is a software problem and they updated my phone.The phone worked properly for 2 days then again the same problem appeared.Then i again went to the samsung care on 4 November, 2014.Then they again told me the same that it is a software problem.I have talked to the higher authority of samsung and they ensure me that if the problem still exists then they will replace my device. They updated my device agin but the problem still exists. Then i reported them again and they are not replacing my device.They said that the problem will be resolved by changing the mother bord of my device but according to the policy of samsung they will replace my device with in the 7 days from the purchase if some problem arise related to hardware.They said this is a software problem when my phone is in replacement period but when this period expired they said this is a hardware problem. I talked to their technical team but no one is helping me.I have the video proofs of the problem in my phone. I can
mail the video proofs if required.

Because of these issues i faced many problems like i was unable to use my phone for this much time period, my phone stuck in the meetings that is inconvenient to me, i have to miss my classes for going to customer care, i have to spent money for the transport services.
