This complaint is regarding misbehavior of mr. sanjay singh working at mutualfundwala located at the above mentioned address. i have some investment plans running with the said firm. mr. sanjay was assigned the spoc for me. few days ago i wanted to withdraw one of my plans from the firm for which i have submitted the documents to mr.sanjay on 4th august’14.the update passed on by him was that i will be informed regarding the status by 8th or 9th aug. but i didn’t get a call. as a result when i inquired about the same after numerous calls, i was informed today morning( on 11th aug), that the update will be given in the evening, which went in vain again. i called him up thrice to get the update to which he started yelling at me. he is misbehaving with illicit comments and words.

i would like somebody to hear my plea, penalize him for his disrespect and would like to withdraw my plans without paying any charges or additional fees.
