I Have booked the following CONSIGNMENT on 4th Aug 2014 CONSIGNMENT NUMBER LOCATION 1. 398123081 Infosys ltd,bhubaneswar -I didn’t got the courier till today. and the status is also not updated. **When i called to the contact number 09570259xxx given on the receipt, the call is not responded and when i called to 0612-232xxx, response is like customer has to feel guilty for sending courier through trackoncourier.

Take strict decision on Trackoncourier and need to say sorry to me and all public whom the company is serving. I am going to attach the email conversation which will clearly define that how much the company has fear of consumer forum.
